integration provides Saeven|CRM with the tools required to have it monitor the eBay system's back-end data,
such that it can oversee your auctions and transactions, ensuring that your eBay customers' needs are met
using official eBay channels for disputes and buyer-to-seller communication.
How does it work?
By subscribing your Saeven|CRM account to the eBay Platform Notifications (through your http://crm.saeven.net client section), your Saeven|CRM master installations can be instantly connected to all eBay messages and events for a particular eBay account. Saeven|CRM tunes in to a particular set of messages and events that permit a thorough management of all eBay-related communications. The eBay functions complement Saeven|CRM's incredible standard feature set.
What does it do precisely ?
- Seller Questions: Your eBay seller questions automatically turn into Saeven|CRM tickets! Buyers ask questions through eBay's "Ask this seller a question" link, the data is posted to your Saeven|CRM, and the notification appears in your desktop client. Additionally, the ticket history is retained at all times on a user-auction basis! If you compare this with the eBay messaging system, where the messages do not maintain a chronologic history, the weight of this feature is made clear, as the tangled mess in the eBay member area instead becomes an ordered list in the Saeven|CRM desktop client. When your agents respond to eBay tickets through the desktop client, the buyers find their response in their eBay member area, and the question is deleted from your eBay message center to keep things tidy!
- Automatic Response: The increased confidence created by an immediate response to potential buyers has an immeasurable worth! Configure Saeven|CRM to respond to buyers immediately after they initiate contact through the eBay site, and to include matches from your knowledgebase articles where possible! Your buyers can get immediate and accurate responses to their questions without your intervention!
- Hands-Free Filing of Item Disputes: Saeven|CRM will monitor your auction checkouts, and ensure that all items get paid within a set period of time (that you define). From 7 to 9 days after an auction's end, if your buyers have not paid for their item, Saeven|CRM will automatically file a buyer dispute for you for the delinquent auction. This can help you recoup any expenses where auction costs are concerned, where when the dispute is finalized, you can receive your Final Value Fee credit.
- Persistent Monitoring of Active Disputes: The disputes that you or your buyers have opened (Item Not Received / Unpaid Item disputes) will be closely monitored by Saeven|CRM. In fifteen minute intervals, Saeven|CRM queries the eBay servers directly to see if any disputes newly permit or require your attention. If any such disputes exist (whether opened by Saeven|CRM or not), Saeven|CRM will open/revive tickets that permit you to respond to these disputes through the deskop client, displaying only the response options permitted by the dispute's current status. Saeven|CRM works to simplify things, and to help you keep your eBay profile strike-free - it will quickly pay for itself!
- Disputes - Getting Every Penny Back: In the final stages of a dispute's lifecycle, it becomes eligible for 'credit' under an incredibly complex set of circumstances. The constraints that permit you to apply for this credit are equally complex, and often lead to quite a bit of confusion. Saeven|CRM will keep its eyes on your disputes, and will notify you when you can file for "Mutual Agreement or No Buyer Response" to get your auction fees back.
