Technical Support Requires an active Saeven|CRM membership, and is provided to members only. To contact technical support, please log into our support desk at help.crm.saeven.net and submit your questions to the Saeven|CRM Support staff, or search the Knowledgebase and Troubleshooter for immediate assistance on documented issues.
Ticket-based technical support is provided to members with active support memberships at no additional cost. With an active membership, you can support an unlimited amount of support tickets under your support plan.
A Premium support plan is also available to members with more advanced support needs.This plan covers customization services, programming work, database administration, chat-based support, and online traning. Premium support is available during standard business hours, and has a $55/month cover fee. The cover fee reduces your first three hours of live support from $75/hour to $55/hour. Subsequent hours are billed at the standard rate of $75/hour, by the minute.
The target ceiling for support is 8 hours Monday-Friday, and 72 hours on tickets submitted during weekends, standard support is provided via helpdesk ticket only. Our current ticket average response time is: 0 hour(s) and 52 minute(s) during standard business hours, and 3 hour(s) and 13 minute(s) on weekends - these statistics provided by Saeven|CRM (120 day period)!
